With little or no rain falling in Kenya the Government has declared a state of emergency and famine conditions now exist.  ETO are rising to the challenge and are now feeding over 30, 000 people.

Water Projects

ETO has a number of water projects under way in Kenya at the present time.  Transporting water from the source to the individual's home is a big problem, which is solved by providing hygienic water containers.  Although the annual rains have failed, it is still important to collect and store any rainwater that falls in the storage tanks to provide clean drinking water.  ETO is also currently constructing a dam to harness the available water.  This is a major project, but a further £12,000 is needed to complete the construction.

Finally, ETO has an ongoing education programme to teach good hygiene to the local population.

Pastor Training Seminars

The ETO Pastor Training Programme has been an outstanding success, with over 200 pastors and church leaders. This is ensuring that the Gospel is taken to remote areas as well as the towns and the Kaguma Heavens Angels are one of the innovative ways that ETO is solving what in the past have been difficult problems.
